Quantum Theatre School will be visiting us on Wednesday 25th January to perform their play 'How to Write a Story - The Story that Writes Itself'. The play highlights how to develop the use of different settings in narrative, how images can be used to plan stories, how the use of language can create atmosphere or suspense as well as how to structure a story. The School will be covering the cost of the majority of this visit, however, we are asking for a contribution of £1 per child to help fund the remainder.

Bear and Eagle Classes will be performing their Opera, The Legend of the Green Glove, on Tuesday 7th February at 2.15pm & 6.30pm and on Wednesday 8th February at 6.30pm. The opera is written, designed and performed by the pupils themselves with only a small amount of direction from members of staff. The designers have been producing tickets, leaflets, posters and props, the actors have been busy rehearsing their parts whilst the musicians have been writing the songs and musical accompaniment.
Letters giving details of how to obtain tickets for this event will be sent home shortly. The pupils work very hard to make the opera a success so please book your tickets and come along and enjoy one of the performances.
